The work, price and terms of any project are set out in a written agreement between you and us, and that agreement takes priority over anything on this site. We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that every detail is complete or current.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, code and other material on this website belong to TechLogixIT or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages for your own, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission. Names and logos of clients, partners and other products (such as Odoo) belong to their owners and appear here only to describe our work with them.

What you send us

When you use the contact form, chat assistant or a job application, you agree that:

• The information you give is accurate and is yours to share.
• Files you attach are free of viruses and other harmful code, and you have the right to send them.
• We may use what you send to reply to you and to provide the service you asked for, as described in our privacy policy.
• Sending us a project idea does not create a contract, and does not stop us from working on similar ideas for others, unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement with you.

• Send spam or automated submissions through our forms, or try to get around the checks that stop them.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or our systems, or disrupt how they work.

This website links to other websites and services, such as our social media pages, client websites and the AI assistants offered by "Ask AI". We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
