Questions we help answer
Build or buy?
Whether an existing product fits, or custom software is worth it.
Which stack?
Languages, frameworks and hosting that suit your team and budget.
Will it scale?
Whether your current system holds up as you grow, and what breaks first.
Is this proposal sound?
A second opinion on a plan or quote from another vendor.
Build, buy or adapt
Buy
An existing product covers most of what you need.
Adapt
A product like Odoo, configured and extended where it falls short.
Build
Your process is your edge, and off-the-shelf software would fight it.
We'll recommend whichever fits, including the options where we build nothing.
Startup and MVP strategy
What to build first, and what can wait
Most first products try to do too much. We help founders find the riskiest assumption in the idea, scope the smallest version that tests it, and plan what comes after, before any money goes into building.
From idea to first version
- 01
The idea
Who it's for and the problem it solves
- 02
The riskiest assumption
What has to be true for it to work
- 03
The smallest test
The least you can build to find out
- 04
Version one
Scoped, planned and ready to build
Every feature gets one of three answers
Now
Needed to test the idea with real users.
Next
Valuable, once the first version proves itself.
Not yet
Nice to have, and safe to leave out for now.
You leave with
- A scoped first version
- What comes next, in order
- A build plan you can take to any team

Advice you can act on, whoever builds it
Every engagement ends in a written recommendation and a decision that's yours to make.
How we advise
From people who build. Advice from engineers who ship software, not slides.
Honest about fit. If you don't need custom software, we'll say so.
Yours to keep. The recommendation and plan belong to you, to use with any team.
A typical engagement
01
Conversation
Your question, your constraints, and what's riding on the answer.
02
Working sessions
We dig into your systems, process or idea with the people who know it.
03
Recommendation
Options, trade-offs and a clear recommendation, in writing.
04
Your decision
Go ahead, adjust or stop. Building with us is never a condition.
Our work
Our advice comes from building: portals, business systems and mobile apps in daily use for clients in India and abroad.
FAQs
Straight answers about working with us as advisers.
- Do we have to hire you to build it afterwards?
- No. The recommendation and plan are yours to take to any team, including your own. If we build it too, good, but it's never a condition.
- We're not technical. Is that a problem?
- Not at all. We explain the options in plain language and write the recommendation so the people making the decision can follow it.
- Can you review a plan or quote from another vendor?
- Yes. We'll tell you whether the approach, scope and estimate look sound, and what we'd ask before signing.
- Will you always recommend custom software?
- No. If an existing product or a platform like Odoo does the job, we'll recommend it, even though it means less for us to build.
- How does it start?
- With a conversation about your question. We agree the scope of the work in writing before anything is billed.
