What information do we collect?

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus a little technical information that every website receives:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Chat assistant: your name, email address, what you need help with, and your message.
• Job applications: your name, email address, mobile number, years of experience, LinkedIn and GitHub links, address, message, and your CV and cover letter.
• Technical information: your IP address and basic details about your browser and device. We use these to block spam, to limit repeated submissions, and to find and fix errors on the site.
• If you become a client: billing information such as your billing address and payment details, for invoicing.

How do we use your information?

We use your personal information to:

• Reply to your inquiry and give you the information or estimate you asked for.
• Consider your job application and contact you about it.
• Provide our services to you and process payments, if you become a client.
• Protect the site and its forms from spam and abuse.
• Find and fix errors, and understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
• Comply with legal requirements and protect our rights and interests.
• We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it. We will send you marketing messages only if you agree to receive them.

How do we share your information?

We share personal information only with the services we use to run this site and our business, and only as needed:

• Our business system (Odoo): what you send through the contact form, chat or a job application is stored there, so our sales, support and hiring teams can respond.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that a form is being sent by a person, not a bot. It receives your IP address and information about your browser.
• Plausible: counts visits to the site without cookies and without identifying you.
• Sentry: receives error reports when something on the site breaks, which can include your IP address and browser details.
• Law enforcement or other government agencies, when required by law or to protect our rights and interests.
• Other third parties only with your consent.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies. Our visitor statistics (Plausible) work without cookies. Your browser stores two settings for this site in its local storage: your light or dark theme, and your cookie choice. If we add tools that use cookies, they will run only with your permission, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

AI assistants

If you choose "Ask AI" on this site, your browser opens the AI assistant you pick (such as ChatGPT or Claude) with a question about us, and copies that question to your clipboard. Nothing is sent to our servers. What you do in the assistant is covered by that provider's own privacy policy.

Your choices and rights

You have certain choices and rights regarding your personal information. You can:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us at hello@techlogixit.com.
• Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions, by contacting us at hello@techlogixit.com.
• Opt out of any marketing messages by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each one.
• Change your cookie choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

Security

Everything you send through this site travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights under Indian law

We are based in India, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to the personal data we process. Under it you can:

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with.
• Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it, and we may keep data the law requires us to keep.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
• Raise a complaint with us, and, if we do not resolve it, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Visitors outside India

Our team works from India, so what you send us is processed and stored there and with the services listed above, which may store it in other countries. If you are outside India, you may have further rights under your own country's law, such as the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California. Contact us at hello@techlogixit.com and we will help you exercise them. We do not sell personal data.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and job seekers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us at hello@techlogixit.com and we will delete them.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time by posting a new version on this page, with a new date at the top. You should check this page periodically to review any changes. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this privacy policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Governing law

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of India.
