AI and automation

AI that works inside the systems you already run.

We build AI agents and automation into the software you have: your ERP, email, WhatsApp and documents. There is no separate AI platform to learn. People approve the decisions that matter, and every action is recorded.

Your systems

  • ERP
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Documents

AI agent

  1. Reads
  2. Decides
  3. Acts

Every action recorded

In plain terms

What generative AI, agents and automation each mean

The three terms are often used as if they meant the same thing. One line on each.

  1. Generative AI

Creates or understands content. It drafts a reply, reads a document or answers a question.

  2. AI agents

Use generative AI to carry out a task in several steps. An agent answers, then does the next thing, and the one after.

  3. AI automation

Connects AI to the ERP, the inbox and the WhatsApp number your business runs on, so the action lands where the work already happens.

What we build

Seven ways AI shows up in your systems

Pick the one closest to your problem.

AI consulting

Find out where AI will make money for your business

We work inside your systems for an agreed period, find where time and money are lost, and give you a ranked plan with the expected return of each AI idea. Then we prove the first one.

AI-enabled engineers

AI-enabled engineers, embedded in your team

You know what to build, but your team has not shipped AI yet. Our engineers, who work with AI agents every day, join your team, build your AI features with your tools, and leave your people able to carry on.

How it works

  1. 01Join your team
  2. 02Build with your tools
  3. 03Ship your AI features
  4. 04Hand over what they know

AI and document automation

Documents in, clean data out

Invoices, orders and forms are read, checked against your records and entered for you. Anything unclear goes to a person.

From inbox to records

  • Capture
  • Extract
  • Validate
  • Post

Documents we automate

  • Invoices and receipts
  • Purchase orders
  • Delivery notes
  • Contracts and agreements
  • Bank statements
  • Onboarding forms
  • Compliance certificates
  • Emails and attachments

LLM and generative AI apps

Assistants that answer from your own knowledge

Chat, search and drafting tools built on language models, grounded in your documents and showing their sources.

What we build

  1. Knowledge assistantsAsk questions of your policies and manuals in plain language.
  2. Customer chatOn your website or WhatsApp, answering from your own help content.
  3. Search by meaningFinds the right document by what it says, not just keywords.
  4. Drafting toolsFirst drafts of emails and replies, for a person to edit.

Custom AI agents

An agent for the process nobody wants to do by hand

It reads what comes in, acts inside rules you agree, and hands anything unusual to a person.

How a run works

  1. 01Trigger
  2. 02Understand
  3. 03DecideA person can step in here
  4. 04Act
  5. 05Record

For example

  • Sales enquiries
  • WhatsApp orders
  • Support tickets

Agentic development

Coding agents do the typing. Engineers stay accountable.

Agents speed up writing and testing code. Nothing ships until an engineer has reviewed and approved it.

Who does what

  1. 01Plans the taskEngineer
  2. 02Drafts code and testsCoding agent
  3. 03Reviews every lineEngineer
  4. 04Applies the fixesCoding agent

Agent configuration

Get more from the AI you already pay for

Your CRM, helpdesk or ERP may already include an AI agent. We set it up to know your business and act safely.

What we set up

  1. KnowledgeYour documents and FAQs
  2. ActionsWhat it may change
  3. ApprovalsWhat waits for a person
  4. HandoverWhen a human takes over

Don't see your team? Tell us which workflow eats your week. Start a project

Two ways to start

Configure what you have, or build what you need

Most projects start with this question. We tell you which side yours falls on before any work starts.

Configure

Set up and tune AI agents on platforms you already use, such as your ERP, CRM, email or WhatsApp Business. Nothing is built from scratch.

Build

When your existing tools can't do what the job needs, we build a custom agent or workflow around your systems instead.

Configure

Build

Configure: Fastest way to start

Build: Fits your exact process

Configure: Lower cost

Build: No platform ceiling

Configure: Trade-off: Limited to what the platform itself allows

Build: Trade-off: More work upfront, reviewed as it's built

You stay in control

Seven controls on every agent we build

The same rule applies to every agent we build: it only does what you agreed, and you can always see what it did.

  • Human approval

The decisions that matter stop for a person before the agent carries on.

  • Rules and guardrails

An agent only acts within the rules agreed before it was built. Anything outside them goes to a person.

  • Existing-system integration

It runs inside the software you already have, such as your ERP, CRM, email or WhatsApp. There is no separate system to maintain.

  • Access control

What an agent can read and what it can act on are both agreed and scoped before it goes live.

  • Evaluation

A working version is reviewed against real cases before it goes further. Every project gets this decision point.

  • Monitoring

Support and monitoring continue after launch, on an agreed plan.

  • Auditability

Every action an agent takes is recorded, so you can see what happened and why, for any run.

In our own team

We run our own engineering on AI agents

We rely on agents ourselves before we build one for a client. The agent does the routine work, and an engineer holds every decision.

  1. Engineer

    Writes the requirement

What should change, and how we will know it is done.

  2. Coding agent

    Plans the change

Reads the codebase and writes a plan.

  3. Engineer

    Approves the plan

No code is changed before this.

  4. Coding agent

    Builds it

Makes the change and runs the project's checks.

  5. Coding agent

    Raises a merge request

With a summary of what changed and why.

  6. Coding agent

    Notifies the team

A message in the team's chat channel.

  7. Engineer

    Reviews and merges

    Nothing merges without this.

It is the same kind of agent we build for clients: one routine process, inside the systems you already use.See custom AI agents

  3. 03

    Roadmap

You get: AI ideas ranked by return

  4. 04

    First working version

You get: The top idea working on one workflow

Questions before you start

Replacing software, fitting your ERP, approval, and how a project runs.

Start a project
Do we need to replace our existing software?
No. AI agents and automation run inside what you already use, such as your ERP, email or WhatsApp.
Can AI work with our ERP?
Yes. An agent runs inside the software you already have rather than replacing it, whether that is an ERP, a mailbox or WhatsApp. Typical first projects are matching supplier invoices against purchase orders, or turning WhatsApp orders into sales orders in the ERP.
Can humans approve AI decisions?
Yes, and you choose which ones. Before the agent is built, we agree what it can read, what it can act on, and which decisions need a person to approve them. Every action it takes is recorded, so you can see what happened and why.
Should we configure an existing tool or build a custom agent?
It depends on whether the platform you already use can do the job. We tell you which side your project falls on before any work starts. See Configure or build above.
How do we start an AI project?
With one workflow. After a short discovery call we map the process, shortlist where AI would help, and build a first working version on one of them. You then decide whether to continue, adjust or stop.
How is AI tested before production?
The same way every project is: a first working version, reviewed against real cases, with an explicit decision point before the larger build continues.
