Business systems
Your ERP, CRM and older systems, working as one.
We connect Odoo, SAP and Zoho to the rest of your software, build CRMs around how your team works, and bring older or stalled systems back into shape, so data is entered once and reaches everyone who needs it.

Odoo implementation
Odoo set up around how your business already runs
From the first workshop to go-live: we learn how your team works, set up the Odoo apps you need, move your data in and train your people on their own screens. The same local team then supports it.
Odoo apps we set up
- Sales
- CRM
- Inventory
- Purchase
- Accounting
- Invoicing
- Manufacturing
- eCommerce
- Website
- Point of Sale

Your Odoo project
- 01
Understand your process
How orders, stock, invoices and approvals move through your business today.
- 02
Configure Odoo
The apps you need set up around that process, adjusted where the standard falls short.
- 03
Move your data
Customers, products and balances brought over from spreadsheets or your old system, and checked.
- 04
Train your team
Your team taught on their own screens and their own data, in person.
- 05
Go live
Switched over on a date agreed with you, once the data and the training are ready.
- 06
Support
A local team that fixes, improves and can visit you.
OdooPartner
The only local Odoo partner.
We connect Odoo to the software you already run, with a team close enough to sit down with you.
- 01
Odoo integration
Orders, stock and invoices flow between Odoo, your website and your accounts, entered once.
- 02
A team you can meet
Plan face to face, and get help from people who can visit.
- 03
The only local partner
No other Odoo partner is based in our area, so you don't need one in another city.
Odoo services
Customisation
Fields, reports, workflows and modules adjusted where the standard apps fall short.
Integration
Odoo connected to your website, online store, accounting and other software.
Migration and upgrades
Data moved in from spreadsheets or an older system, or an Odoo setup moved to a newer version.
Training
Your team taught on their own screens and their own data, in person.
Support
A local team that fixes, improves and can visit you.
ERP integration
Data entered once, and in every system that needs it
Your ERP holds orders, stock and invoices, but the same numbers also live in your website, your store, your accounting tool and a few spreadsheets. We connect them, so a change made in one place reaches the rest without anyone typing it again.

Before
After
Before: The same order typed into the store, the ERP and the accounting tool
After: An order entered once, then synced everywhere
Before: Stock counts that disagree between systems
After: One stock figure, the same in every system
Before: Month-end was spent matching numbers by hand
After: Reports built from records that already match
Before
- The same order typed into the store, the ERP and the accounting tool
- Stock counts that disagree between systems
- Month-end was spent matching numbers by hand
After
- An order entered once, then synced everywhere
- One stock figure, the same in every system

How an integration runs
Map
What data moves, between which systems, and who owns it.
Connect
APIs, connectors or a small service in between, whichever fits.
Test
Checked against real records before anyone relies on it.
Monitor
Failed syncs flagged, so nothing goes missing quietly.
System integration
Two platforms that don't talk, connected
Most businesses run on several platforms, each bought for one job, and none of them share data. As your system integrator, we connect them, so information moves from one to the other on its own, without anyone copying it across.
For example
- Online storeconnected toAccounting
- Website formsconnected toCRM
- Payment gatewayconnected toInvoicing
- WhatsAppconnected toHelpdesk
- Your appconnected toShipping
- Attendance devicesconnected toPayroll
How we connect them
- 01
Understand
Which data moves, in which direction, and how often.
- 02
Connect
Through each platform's API, webhooks or a small service in between.
- 03
Test
Checked with real records before your team relies on it.
- 04
Look after
Failed syncs flagged and fixed, so nothing goes missing quietly.
Custom CRM development
A CRM that follows how your team sells
Off-the-shelf CRMs make you work their way. We build one around your own stages, your own fields and the tools your team already uses, then connect it to the rest of your software.
- New enquiry
- Captured from website, email or WhatsApp
- Qualified
- Assigned to the right person
- Follow-up reminder set
- Quote sent
- Drafted from the record
- Reminder if there's no reply
- Won
- Order and invoice created
- In your ERP
- Support
- Tickets linked to the customer's history
What it can include
Every enquiry in one place
Leads from your website, email and WhatsApp land in the same list.
Your own pipeline
Stages, fields and rules that match how you sell.
Quotes and follow-ups
Quotes drafted from the record, with reminders so nothing is missed.
Connected to your ERP
Won deals become orders and invoices without retyping.
Access by role
Each person sees what their job needs, and nothing else.
Reports for managers
Pipeline and team activity, without asking anyone for an update.
If an off-the-shelf CRM such as Odoo CRM or Zoho CRM fits your process, we'll tell you, and set that up instead.
Talk to us about this: Custom CRM developmentModernisation and project recovery
A stalled project, taken over and put back on track
A vendor left, the budget ran out halfway, or every change now breaks something else. We take the project over as it stands, make it stable, and give you a practical plan for what comes next.
Sounds familiar?
- The original developer or vendor is no longer around
- The project is half-built and has stopped moving
- Nobody on the team understands the code anymore
- Every fix seems to break something else
- You're not sure who has access to what
How we take over
- 01
Review
Code, hosting, access and data checked, so we know what's really there and what's half-finished.
- 02
Stabilise
The urgent breakages fixed, access secured, and backups put in place first.
- 03
Plan
What to keep, what to fix and what to rebuild, with the trade-offs written down.
- 04
Deliver
The remaining work finished in agreed stages you can see and test.
Legacy system modernisation
Your older system, upgraded without starting over
The software still does the job, but it's slow, hard to change, and only works on one office PC. We move it onto a modern stack piece by piece, keeping the data and rules your business depends on.
What stays
- Your data and its history
- Your business rules
- The workflows your team already knows
What changes
- A modern, supported stack
- A clean interface that works in the browser and on phones
- Secure hosting, backups and access control
- Connections to your other systems
How we upgrade
- 01
One part at a time
Each module is moved and checked before the next one starts.
- 02
Side by side
Old and new run together until the new part is trusted.
- 03
No big switch-over
Your team keeps working the whole way through.
FAQs
Straight answers about ERP, CRM and Odoo projects.
- Do we have to replace the system we already have?
- Usually not. Most of our work starts by connecting what you already run, or upgrading it in place. We only suggest a replacement when keeping the old system would cost you more than moving.
- Which ERPs do you work with?
- Odoo, SAP and Zoho. We're an Odoo Partner, so for a business choosing a new ERP, Odoo is where we can do the most, from implementation to local support.
- How is system integration different from ERP integration?
- ERP integration connects your ERP to everything around it. System integration is any two platforms, with or without an ERP: a store and a courier service, a website and a CRM, an app and a payment gateway.
- What if one of the platforms has no API?
- We look for another way in, such as exports, webhooks, a shared database or scheduled file transfers. If a link can't be made reliably, we'll tell you before any work starts.
- Can you take over a project another company started?
- Yes. We review the code, hosting and data first and tell you what state it's in, then stabilise it before adding anything new.
- Should we use Odoo or have a custom system built?
- If Odoo's standard apps cover most of your process, Odoo with a few customisations is usually faster and cheaper to run. A custom system makes sense when your process is unusual enough that you'd be fighting the software. We'll tell you which, before you spend anything.
- What happens to our existing data?
- It's moved and checked before anyone switches over, and the old system stays available until you're satisfied the new one is right.
- Who supports it after launch?
- We do, from our local offices, on an agreed maintenance plan. The same people who built it can sit down with you when something needs to change.
